Registered users of www.tvojCO2.ba portal can complete the process of buying seedlings from the comfort of their own home or office. You buy seedlings directly from the supplier – the nursery. You can register on the portal as an individual or a company.

The ordering process is short and simple. It starts with the selection of seedlings from the range of suppliers – forestry and utility companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina that sell seedlings and perform professional planting.

Add one or several seedlings to the basket by clicking on ‘Add to basket’ icon next to each seedling offer. By clicking on the ‘basket’ you will get more information, with the possibility of changing the quantity for your order. Once ready to complete your purchase, click on ‘Next Step’.

This is a screen where you can change the quantities you wish to order and possibly send a message to the company from which you are buying seedlings and which will carry out the planting.

When you click on the ‘Order’ button, the company from which you buy the seedlings will receive an e-mail notification about your order. You receive information that the order has been successfully placed.

Note: Please note that order acceptance confirmation can take time, especially if you are ordering seedlings at the end of the working day or right before the weekend.

Once the ordering company confirms your order, you will receive an email with payment details. Currently, the portal only allows payment by bank transfer, which you can do by using mobile or internet banking or by payment via general payment slip. Most companies on the portal offer the possibility of bank transfer from Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad, so you will receive payment details for both payments.

Now it is time to make the payment.

Note: Companies offering their seedlings on the portal will soon have a chance to open web shops so that their customers can make online payments using a debit or credit card.

After the company confirms your payment by inspecting the statement from its bank account, it will confirm the payment on the portal, after which you will receive an e-mail with a certificate of cancellation of your carbon footprint.

Note: Pending the introduction of web shops with card payment, the payment confirmation process may take several days. You can always contact the seller’s representative whose phone number and e-mail address are in the e-mail you receive from the system.

After the seedlings are planted, all customers who have paid for the seedlings receive a report from the company via e-mail. The report comes with several photos and an explanation of the action taken. If you bought seedlings that are planted in urban areas of your city or town, you can agree with the company’s representatives on the exact place of planting and attend the planting of seedlings.

Each purchase will help revitalise soils after fire in various locations across the country, make cities greener and work against climate change for the next 40 years or more. For each purchase of a tree through the platform, you or your company or organisation will receive a certificateon the quantity of CO2 off-set through planting.
